Santoryu isn't told with two swords. It takes three — two in the hands, one between the teeth — and that exact configuration runs across the jersey in an all-over print. The blades cut diagonally across the surface instead of sitting flat on the chest: the pattern follows the body's movement instead of fighting it, which matters on a loose garment.

The haramaki green dominates the palette, with the sheaths' black in contrast. The process is sublimation: the ink is vaporized into the fiber, not laid on top of it. The result: nothing to feel in relief, no stiff zone on the chest, and above all no cracking where the fabric folds — a glued-on transfer gives out at the armpit and waist within a season.
